	We know what you want. You want a simple way to send your digital files to Origo Communications (Formerly A&L Mailing) without worrying about your fonts, graphics, and layout being left behind. You want to send us files from the application you created them in, and you want the files to be printed exactly how they look on your screen. We know all of this, and we have done something about it. Adobe PDF JobReady is a free download for Windows and Mac OS X that enables you to digitally send your files to us, proof them on-line, and submit the order to our website. Install Adobe PDF JobReady on your computer, and you can print your files directly to our website from any application. Your print job will be transformed into an industry standard PDF file and will be available for immediate proofing … it’s “what you see is what you get” printing!



You'll have the opportunity to proof your job on your computer. Once the proof looks good to you simply click “Accept” to submit the job to our website. It then becomes a job in our website's Online Print Center. It's that easy. Your print job is converted to an industry standard PDF file, compressed for easy online transfer, and everything we need is embedded in the job (including fonts and graphics).

Installing Adobe PDF JobReady:

1. Download the Adobe PDF JobReady installer by clicking on the button below.

2. When prompted, open or run the installer application (JobReady4.msi), or save the installer to your computer and run the installer from your computer after it has been downloaded.

3. When the installer starts, follow the prompts presented by the Adobe PDF JobReady installer application. When the installation is complete, you’re ready to print to our website!

How to use Adobe PDF JobReady for Windows:

Adobe PDF JobReady will appear as a printer titled Origo Communications (Formerly A&L Mailing) on your computer and can be printed to in the same way as any other printer. When a document is printed using the Adobe JobReady printer, a proof will be presented to you.

Please proof your work carefully! We’ll use the exact same file you see to produce your order. If changes need to be made, click “Cancel,” make your changes in the original application, and print it again.

When you are satisfied with your proof, click “Accept” to send your job to our website. You’ll be prompted to complete your order when your job arrives on our website.

System Requirements:
To use Adobe PDF JobReady, your computer must be running one of the following operating systems:

- Windows 7
- Windows Vista
- Windows XP
- Windows Server 2003
- Windows 2000

Your computer must also have Internet Explorer installed and an active connection to the Internet.

Installing Adobe PDF JobReady:

1. Download the Adobe PDF JobReady installer by clicking on the button below.

2. Double-click the JobReady4.dmg disk image you just downloaded to mount the JobReady disk image. (Your browser may do this automatically.)

3. Double-click the installer icon and follow the prompts presented by the Adobe PDF JobReady installer application. When the installation is complete, you’re ready to print to our website! Note: An Administrator password will be required to install the software.

How to use Adobe PDF JobReady for Mac OS X:

Adobe PDF JobReady will appear as a printer titled Origo Communications (Formerly A&L Mailing) and can be printed to in the same way as any other printer. When a document is printed using the Adobe JobReady printer, a proof will be presented to you using Adobe Reader, along with a window containing 3 buttons: “Save As,” “Cancel,” and “Connect.”

When you are satisfied with your proof, click “Connect” to send your job to our website. You’ll be prompted to complete your order when your job arrives on our website.

Note: The print dialog may have a “Save As PDF” button. Don’t click there. To use the <> printer, always select the printer followed by the Print button.

System Requirements:
To use Adobe PDF JobReady, your computer must be running the following operating system:

- Mac OS X 10.4.3 through 10.6

Your computer must also have Adobe Reader 6.0 or higher installed and an active connection to the Internet.
